* automake.in (variable_conditions_sub): Move parent-only code
from here...
(variable_conditions): ... to here.
(variable_conditions_sub): Include this variable's conditions in
the resulting condition list.
* tests/Makefile.am (XFAIL_TESTS): Removed ltdeps.test.
