Fix s390x-specific syscall tests.

* testsuite/buildok/syscalls-arch-detailed.stp: Made s390x probe tests
  optional, since the underlying probes don't exist on the 4.10 kernel.
* testsuite/buildok/nd_syscalls-arch-detailed.stp: Ditto.
