Improve BZ16956 by testing nd_syscall tapset without debuginfo.

* testsuite/systemtap.syscall/nd_syscall.exp: Make sure the nd_syscall
  tapset isn't using debuginfo by setting SYSTEMTAP_DEBUGINFO_PATH to
  /dev/null.
