* dcrt0.cc (sigthread::init): Correct overzealous ifdef.
* exceptions.cc (call_handler): Avoid calling sigthread acquire lock.
* sigproc.h (sigthread): Comment out lock for now.
* sync.cc (muto::acquire): Add a minor optimization.
