Sindhi locale file

This is locale file for sd_IN (Sindhi) using Devanagari Script

attached the locale file..
just i have one doubt since Sindhi language people write using devanagari as
well as arabic script.
there might be requirement for Sindhi locale file using Arabic script as well.
so is it possible to have locale file for Sindhi language using both script.

had a discussion with Ulrich and language people on sindhi language and two
script and decided to use sd_IN@dev and when sindhi locale using arabic script
will use sd_IN
