Hi,

For now, the vi_VN locale has no special LC_COLLATE rules, while Vietnamese
really has special rules: correct order is for instance
au
àu
ân

i.e. order depends much upon different kinds of accents. On
http://perso.ens-lyon.fr/samuel.thibault/patch-vi_VN
you may find a patch to correct this, please apply.

Samuel, this issue has already been reported, see http://sources.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=448
You should close your bugreport, and discuss in #448 if the proposed patch can be improved.
