Add an item to the "Processes" pulldown that will attach a debug window to a
process that is currently running in the cpu queue.

Added "attach to running process..." to "Processes" pulldown.  When attaching a
new source window is activated.  Might want to have an option to add the
attached process to the current window sometime.
