task.getProc().getCommand() still returns the name of the parent executable.

+       * TaskState.java (processExecedEvent): Refresh stat call.
+       * Proc.java (getCommand): Don't cache.
+       (getExe): Likewise.
+       (getCmdLine): Likewise.
+       * Makefile.am (pkglibexec_PROGRAMS): Add funit-child-alias.
