On 64-bit, splitting a 64-bit binary results in a 64-bit DWARF .debug file.  To
properly test 32-on-64, a 32-bit binary needs to be split (it will create a
32-bit DWARF .debug file).

Move installation of test-sysroot to pkglibdir.
    
* Makefile.am (pkglib_PROGRAMS): Add funit-addresses-stripped.
Remove nobase_pkgdata_DATA.
