When trying to debug bash with its debuginfo installed, the Debug Window takes
an inordinate amount of time to come up, 20-30 seconds on a 2GHz/1GB memory x86
machine running F7.

This has been somewhat mitigated because now the only sources parsed are the
ones in the current frame.  Some more may need to be done later as large sources
are still a little slow.  Adding the info to the JDOM seems to be the slowdown.
 Specifically, adding the lines.
