The binutils bugs mailinglist isn't on sourceware, so wasn't added to the public-inbox inbox.sourceware.org

We can add it and the archives:
https://lists.gnu.org/archive/mbox/bug-binutils/

Other lists are put into public-inbox directly (the inbox instance receives the emails directly instead of being subscribed to the mailman list). For this list we will need to explicitly subscribe. But that shouldn't be a problem.
