Frysk Exec observer crashes core with 'error occurred while adding observer' 

I'm logging this bug - and the next one - to provide some background for an
email thread today. If you attach a task exec observer to bash, and then execute
some shell command such as ls from within that bash shell, the error displayed
in the attachment occurs - selecting 'quit' closes the Frysk GUI and kills the
frysk process.

My mistake - I thought this error was limited to exec observers - it's happening
with fork and exit observers too.
