Frysk needs to be added to a menu so that users can start it without having to
go to a command line.

A 48x48 icon will be installed in the /usr/share/pixmaps dir and a frysk.desktop
file will be installed in the /usr/share/applications dir.  This will cause a
frysk icon to appear off of the "System tools" menu.
