After changing the level on inline code that is displayed, it is required to
refresh the window (change focus to another window/desktop then back again) to
update the line numbers. This is seperate from bug #1397, in which the line
numbers are never displayed correctly despite a refresh

Fixed bug, error was resulting from only the lower portion of the TextView being
redrawn, resulting in the offset for the embedded inline code viewer not being
taken into account
