Once PR ld/13468 is fixed, -z text, -z notext and -z textoff may be documented.
(Luckily it's wasn't already documented in the patch addressing PR ld/13254 ;-)

Huh, how did I become assigned to this bug?  Anyway, fixed a long time ago.
