Systemtap scripts to monitor Power Management states

These scripts let you see what the CPU frequency scaling governor is doing to your machine.

The three scripts implement slightly different monitoring policies:

  1. Report on every frequency change
  2. Summarise over a short period (e.g. seconds to minutes)
  3. Summarise over a long period (e.g. minutes to hours)
