Well, blame it on the abundance of books which are cheap,
or not so cheap, and don't answer most of the reader's
questions. After all, reading through some 400 pages is a
big investment on the reader's part.
Probably, this must be part of this list's FAQ:
I think the XSL FAQ has already an excellent list of
recommended books. Unfortunately, the FAQ is not exactly
beginner-friendly either.
