Assuming that the " here .........^ is an error, then yes. Try the
following stylesheet:
<xsl:stylesheet version="1.0"
xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform"
xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance">
<xsl:template match="/">
<wizPgDfn
xsi:noNamespaceSchemaLocation="v:\webcit\scemas\wizDfn.xsd" />
</xsl:template>
</xsl:stylesheet>
(I also changed the URL that you were using for the XML Schema
instance namespace so that it was www.w3.org rather than www.w3.ofr
but just change it back if you wanted the one you had for some
reason.)
The XML Schema attributes are treated just the same as any other
attributes in XSLT 1.0.
