You can not do this: xsl:include is essentially a compile time include.
It can not depend on any variable or xpath expression as such
expressions can not be evaluated until the stylesheet has been compiled,
and that may use templates in the included file....
If you said what functionality you were trying to achieve someone could
probably suggest how to do it in XSLT.
