Well the sniffer.html is displayed in the browser when you go to
http://www.bayes.co.uk/xml/index.xml?/xml/utils/msxml_sniffer.htm so you
can rightclick and save it if you want to use it on your machine.
There is an automatic installation utility at
http://www.bayes.co.uk/xml/index.xml?/xml/utils/instalmsxml.xml which is
also html (just click on the launch button) then rightclick and save it.
To make IE use the new downloaded version you have to run the
xmlinst.exe as described on the page.
The sniffer.asp is an asp script you use on your isp's server to check
which version of msxml is installed there and only works on systems that
have an asp engine installed so it won't work as an html file.
