RE: access to combo data from xsl

Juan,

The <xsl:variable> element does not have to be empty. The content of a
variable is a template, which means you can put elements in it:

<xsl:variable name='var'>
<select name="combo1">
    <option value="1900">1900</option>
    <option value="1901">1901</option>
    <option value="1902">1902</option>
    <option value="1903">1903</option>
    <option value="1904">1904</option>
    <option value="1905">1905</option>
</select>
</xsl:variable>

You can also use XSLT elements, if that's what you really intended:

<xsl:variable name='var'>
	<xsl:value-of select="combo1"/>
</xsl:variable>

Hope this helps.
