Surely a mistake?
Current languages have either the 'then' keyword or parentheses, I am
not aware of any that have both --  () and 'then' serve the same
purpose (to make the language parsable by standard algorithms).
As one of the poor souls who already has to use languages from both
camps, I would prefer not to have to deal with a third flavour.
