Hi Paulo,
Last I heard, MSXML3 had the fastest XSLT on Windows. Also, if you
don't mind using beta stuff, MSXML4 is MUCH faster than MSXML3 for XSLT
(from our tests). It is definitely possible that other processors could
be faster for some types of transforms, though -- if you find any like
that you could let us know and we will try to make it faster :-)

Someone know a processor XSLt most fast to run in local Windows platform
