David Megginson, who wrote the AElfred parser, is capable of some pretty
tortuous logic at times, but clearly not as tortuous as that of the authors
of the spec. Yes, there are known limitations in AElfred's handling of
parameter entities in DTDs - and I'm not intending to fix them.
