Target your transform to IE/HTML, use IE to print to a Postscript file, and
use Adobe Distiller? Ah, I guess pagination will be a problem.
It sounds like a tall order to expect your FO rendering to be *exactly* the
same as what IE looks like. Especially FOP, which doesn't pretend to be
mature or fully-featured (nice tool though).
