Mike,
Do you know if anyone's reading the comment list (given that the archive
is all spam I'd not be surprised if everyone had unsubscribed...)
I'd be nice to at least get an acknowledgement that comments had
arrived, otherwise all discussion is likely to take place on this list
which isn't a totally bad idea as there's probably more XPath experience
here than anywhere else, but I suspect the authors of this document
aren't subscribed to xsl-list (or if they are, they are keeping very
quiet:-)
