Quite the contrary. Different namespaces are different namespaces, that's
the whole point of namespaces. Whatever you may or may not find at the end
of the URI, is utterly irrelevant. In other words <xsl:stylesheet
xmlns:xsl='foo'/> is as different from <xsl:stylesheet xmlns:xsl='bar'/> as
it is from <baz>.
Just because you're called Doug and I'm Marco, doesn't mean you're more like
the late Doug Adams, does it?
