Finally a code-signed CAB is available that will update a user's machine to
MSXML3 without requiring them to manually download or install.

mpositedoc.xml shows how. I'll be updating the FAQ with a detect/install
script later, once I have a chance to play with it. I am pretty sure that
it does not do "replace" mode, though. At least it makes it much easier to
count on being able to do XMLHTTPRequest from script, which seems to be a
feature that Mozilla has now implemented as well
