Javascript Function with "<"

Hi.
I had to use some javascript functions that involves
for(i=0;a&&i<a.length&&(x=a[i])&&x.oSrc;i++) x.src=x.oSrc;
I donīt know if I should use the <[CDATA[ or <!-- or both and what else to
do it work.
I changed the "<" for "<" but I get a Cocoon error when I try to modify
the DTD (even do I could see the page).
