We have just published complete
XHTML 1.0 reference

The indexes and most examples (with some editing) were extracted from
the HTML 4.01 standard and XHTML 1.0 DTD's.
Main features:
Clickable indexes
Click on "Go to standard" leads to the relevant part of the
specification
Relevant XHTML code is available for direct download.
The reference contains a comparison between
transitional and strict DTD:
