The correct way to do it is to have <xsl:output> set to "html", and then the
following in the radio button:
<input type="radio" name="KeyActivity" value="1" checked="checked">
XSL Processors should then strip the attribute out, leaving:
<input type="radio" name="KeyActivity" value="1" checked>
