or BBEdit on a Mac does this
But a better solution for us has been CVS (content versioning system???) - I
just use it - don't know much about it. But it allows multiple developers to
work on the same file at the same. You can update you local copy with
other's changes and upload your changes for other to grab. If there is ever
a conflict then you get to see it in red (on the windows client).
