Almost. selectSingleNode takes an XPath expression, so you might need to do
something like:
Set Node =
XSLDoc.selectSingleNode("//xsl:for-each/@select='xml/rs:data/z:row/p1'")

XSLDoc.nodeValue = "xsl:for-each select='xml/rs:data/z:row/p2"
