xsl-list mail-list database updated

The xsl-list section in the mailing lists database has been updated, and all
recent postings were added.

Note:
According to my log file the traffic to these pages has been low and only
few people seem to use it. Since updating the database involves time and
server space, I tend to discontinue updating the vbxml and xsl-list sections
in the future. However, the database in its current state will remain.
