Now I have tried with both XT and Saxon, and with this definition
<xsl:stylesheet xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform"
version="1.0"
extension-element-prefix="doc"
exclude-result-prefixes="doc"
xmlns:doc="buh"
>
I still get the <doc:test> tag echoed to output, along with its content. What am I doing wrong here?
