Last time I really had to do such thing, I ended up using an extension,
after a lot of "pain".
In my case, I used scripting with the MSXML parser. Maybe your parser
as a similar extension too.
Sorry purists, but XSLT doesn't seem to be very good at this kind of
think and I have to show some work.
