New Windows Installer and RPM's Delayed

Subject: New Windows Installer and RPM's Delayed

Hello,

  Unfortunately I was not able to get around to releasing an 
updated installer or RPM's today, and I will not have time 
tomorrow because I will be traveling. I will try to release things 
when I get back at the end of next week.

  Hopefully, in the future, I will be able to release CVS snapshot 
packages with more frequency. Sorry for the wait.
