Mac devtool support pruning

- Subject: Mac devtool support pruning
The Xconq Mac interface has accreted support for a variety of
development environments and header generations, going all the
way back to Think C. However, I think that only CodeWarrior and
PB are actually in use to build it these days, so unless somebody
has a need, I'll prune out the tangle of bits for the others.
