Side research support on the mac

I have just checked in code for a side research dialog in the mac
interface. This means that you now can run the full civ2 game on the mac.
There is also an option for putting side research on automatic.

The unit research code works as before, so you can still run the ane
(ancient near east) game, which does unit-based research.
