I had a hard time building it under Solaris 2.5:
./configure seems not to prepare properly for X, include file
were not found.
Since I was unable to fix it, I used imake instead.
This tried to install libXgnu.a in a place for which I have no write
permission. Further, it tried to make new directories with a mystic
'mkdirhier', which was not available.
Also, I could not convince it to use a different app-defaults dir
(same reason as above).
I tweaked around all that, and I'm going to try it out now...
