* kernel/side.c (see_cell): When we first get the terrain view, if
there is a see-always unit there, add to coverage.
* kernel/combat.c (capture_unit_2): When we get information on a
u_see_always unit, add to coverage. Also, when we get information
on terrain, see see_always units.
