Log message:
* tkimf.c (tk_make_color_pixmap): Use endian-portable code
to fill in ximbuf.
* tkmain.c (initial_ui_init): Provide more info about why
tcl files couldn't be loaded.
* tkmap.c (draw_units): Fix visibility tests so that
named visible units can get their names displayed.
(handle_designer_mouse_down): Make the newly-created unit
the current unit.
