We most likely do have the vma name, this will then be printed at the end of the
backtrace after the hex-address. But this is the "short-name", not the full path.
Ideally we would track the build-ids of all file mapped vmas that we encounter,
then we could give an error message like the systemtap translator already gives
when it detects missing debuginfo
