Analogously to bug #6898, we should support $$-variables for
pretty-printing sdt.h marker parameters.
Right now, $$parms is recognized, but it appears erroneously
expanded by the process.statement() widgetry (and refers to
some embedding function's parameters rather than arg1...argN).
