Improve synchronization of sdt_misc.exp attach tests.
sdt_misc.exp (v_flags): New. Pass it to dtrace.
(sdt_misc.c): Use explicit SDT_MISC_TEST_PROBE_N_ENABLED ()
Wait after synchronization loop termination.
