* lib/stap_run.exp, lib/stap_run2.exp: Don't add test to stap command
line if it's not a file (e.g. caller passed a -e '...' instead). Also
catch any exceptions from the close command.
* systemtap.stress/all_kernel_functions.exp: new test to try out
probing all functions that start with the same letter.
