I'm killing this sgml-tools mailing-list. For the last 6 months, more
than 550 messages have been submitted but they were all spam, which
represents rather useless additional work for the system administrators.
The list of subscribers will be kept in a safe place so that the list
can be reopened if it ever gets needed.
