Jython's `make install'

I checked in a patch to install jython correctly. In order to run
Jython, just augment your CLASSPATH with
<rhug-install>/share/jython.jar:<libgcj-install>/share/libgcj.jar and
start <rhug-install>/bin/jython. Next is `make check', which will
require a bit of setup and patches to the test suite.
Note that the jar bug is gone.
