autoconf cache variable naming

Hello,
configure will only actually put variables in the cache that match
the *_cv_* pattern. OK to commit?

* configure.in (newlib_cv_ldbl_eq_dbl): Rename cache variable
from newlib_ldbl_eq_dbl.
* configure: Regenerate.
