autoconf cache variable naming

Hello,

configure will only actually put variables in the cache that match
the *_cv_* pattern. OK to commit?

Thanks,
Ralf

2009-08-19  Ralf Wildenhues  <Ralf.Wildenhues@gmx.de>

	from newlib_ldbl_eq_dbl.
	* configure: Regenerate.
