Newlib compile error

Subject: Newlib compile error

hi, all
   I meet compile error when I use the libc built by myself.
   It give initialise_monitor_handles errors as below.
configure:2635: arm-elf-g++    conftest.cpp  >&5
/cygdrive/c/park/program
files/gnuarm/bin/../lib/gcc/arm-elf/4.2.2/../../../../arm-elf/lib/crt0.o:
In function `start':
(.text+0x38): undefined reference to `initialise_monitor_handles'

   Can anybody give me some idea or infomation?
